About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Finance and project teams regarding vendor set-ups and approvals
  • Maintain and update new accounts trackers, databases, and procurement records
  • Issue and process Pre-Qualification Questionnaire forms for new vendors
  • Monitor supplier insurance compliance, request updated certificates, and ensure records are accurate
