Strategic Account Manager

Job Description:
The Commercial Account Director will play a critical role in driving business growth and development within our commercial division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive marketing and sales strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial lines experience
- CIP qualification and up-to-date CPD requirements
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills
