
Drive Customer Value through Strategic Account Management

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute a plan to drive account growth, focusing on enhancing customer value from existing Microsoft investments.
Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is crucial in achieving revenue targets. A successful candidate will stay updated on Microsoft offers and solutions, leveraging this knowledge to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
To excel, the Account Growth Strategist must create and implement a strategy to build and maintain product and solution expertise, as well as foster relationships across an extended team and collaborate with other organizations to scale the business.
Key qualifications include fluency in English and Norwegian/Swedish, accompanied by sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth. Alternatively, they may hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field, accompanied by sales and negotiation experience or related work/internship experience with year-over-year growth.
