About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to take on the challenge of leading our sales and business development team. As an Assistant Business Manager, you will be responsible for creating and driving an exceptional customer experience through innovative product knowledge and outstanding leadership skills.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will be accountable for exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results. Your primary objective will be to make every customer feel like a valued ambassador of our brand.
You will be a true coach and mentor to your team, providing ongoing support and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential. Your ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues across functions will be crucial in driving cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services, and sharing this expertise with your team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, expand our market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet our business objectives.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them achieve their career goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for driving business growth.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management or leadership position within the beauty or retail industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
