About the Position:

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about proactive outreach and enabling customers to get the most out of our products. As a Growth Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline, multiple inbound channels, and collaborating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact with prospects and proactively engage in conversation to uncover user needs and pain points
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of prospect requirements and challenges through thorough discovery processes
  • Craft personalized customer journeys during enablement calls and optimize trial experiences for product adoption and conversion
  • Closing deals using consultative sales tactics and addressing customer needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving commercial strategies, changing market conditions, and dynamic/varied prospect needs
  • Proven ability to address challenges, objections, and obstacles
