Sales Account Manager EMEA

Life Science Recruitment is a leading provider of recruitment solutions for the life science industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our client's team in Dublin, Ireland.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the European market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional looking to take their career to the next level.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of achievement in B2B sales, preferably in the medical devices or life science sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and developing distributors and MTO customers in European markets
- Implementing sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales goals
- Leading and moving opportunities along, negotiating and finalising deals
- Working with internal parties to assist the customer with the Tendering Process
- Tracking and reporting on account activity and providing monthly status updates to management
- Providing feedback from clients and users to the Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain team and other stakeholders to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Conducting bi-weekly market research to identify new opportunities and competitors' strengths and weaknesses
