We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales Team as a Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries from potential clients, preparing sales proposals and contracts, and maintaining client databases and records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from potential clients about meeting spaces, accommodations, and event bookings">
  • Direct each enquiry to the appropriate sales team member">
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts tailored to the specific needs of clients">
  • Maintain client databases and records, tracking interactions, bookings, and preferences">
  • Coordinate logistics for FAM trips & site inspections for all market segments">
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, tracking key performance indicators">
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends">

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is required. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be well organized, and have a high level of service standards.
