Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare contracts, client presentations, and coordinate internal department activities
  • Contribute to and execute creative marketing initiatives, such as mass communication and promotional materials development
  • Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and manage invoicing tasks
  • Support tasks that enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth

As a key team member, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities will make you a valuable asset to our organization.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar field
  • Experience in an administrative or back-office support role is beneficial
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
