About This Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success within our UKI Talent Solutions Team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives and contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of Account Executives, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to help them exceed their quota.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and expansion in the UKI region.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities to grow the business and deliver exceptional results.
