
Customer Loyalty Manager

CarGurus seeks a Retention Specialist to drive customer retention and growth for our UK customers. The successful candidate will work closely with Dealer Relations Account Managers to identify common causes of retention issues and provide actionable solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience, be resilient and results-focused, possess strong analytical skills, and have the ability to build relationships with clients. They should also have proficiency in Salesforce and Excel.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer retention issues through data analysis and collaboration with Dealer Relations Account Managers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on customer interactions and retention metrics.
