The Role

You'll play a key role in driving performance, coaching the team, and ensuring we hit (and exceed) our targets. You'll work closely with our existing Sales Manager, bringing fresh ideas, motivation, and strategy to help scale our success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and improve sales results.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A hands-on, lead-by-example approach with a results-driven mentality.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a direct sales leadership role with a strong track record of success.
