As a dynamic partnership development expert, you will reshape the overall sponsorship strategy and align it to the central brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and evolve the sponsorship and partnership strategy to grow brand relevance and commercial return.
- Secure and manage high-value sponsorships, set ambitious KPIs, and deliver strong ROI.
- Lead and mentor a small team, while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Drive forward-thinking sponsorship activations and event experiences that achieve national visibility and deepen customer loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in marketing management, sponsorship, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of securing and managing major sponsorships.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management experience.
- Growth in sponsorship ROI and brand equity.
- Strong integration of sponsorships into marketing campaigns and customer journeys.
- High-impact events and partnerships recognised at a national level.
