We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Irish On-Trade. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will be responsible for executing brand building plans and activation programs in key outlets.

Your mission is to enhance distribution and boost sales rates for our award-winning spirits brands. This involves strategic selling techniques, commercial acumen, and implementation of activation initiatives like Perfect Serve, Sampling, Tailored Competitions, and Menu Presence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a core set of accounts within a territory to execute the On-Trade brand building plan and activation program.
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators, including Daily Call-Rate, Distribution Growth, Rate of Sale Growth, and Volume Targets.
  • Attaining preferred partner status with key outlets by developing customized solutions and providing expert advice on the Spirits Category.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years full, clean driving license.
  • 0-2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with a distinct advantage if experienced in alcohol sales.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Irish On-Trade, along with some commercial experience, ideally in the spirits industry.
