Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished and driven Business Development Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Europe. As we continue to grow and expand into new markets, this role will play a crucial part in driving our success.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take ownership of their daily schedule, managing sales activities and working towards achieving daily KPIs and monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Attend new business and account management meetings across your territory, Monday – Friday in the field.
  2. Independently plan and execute activities, utilizing initiative-taking skills to drive results.
  3. Optimize sales and profitability of existing customers through upselling, problem-solving, and ongoing support.
  4. Proactively generate leads and meetings, supported by our telesales team.

Requirements:

  • Valid full driving license.
  • Previous customer-facing sales experience preferred.
  • Motivated self-starters eager to achieve bonuses.
  • Goal-oriented with a persistent attitude to complete tasks.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality.
