About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our SMB Sales team in Germany. This role is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth across the Salesforce clouds in the SMB segment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex sales organisations, with experience working within a highly matrixed organisation. They will be accountable for creating a strong Salesforce culture, commitment to Salesforce values, and driving growth in ACV bookings.

  • Develop and execute a customer acquisition strategy to generate annual growth in ACV bookings
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for growing SMB Sales in Germany
  • Drive go-to-market execution and pipeline generation initiatives, supported by strong cross-functional collaboration
