Our client is a Dublin-based company operating in the steel trading sector, dealing in both steel scrap and finished steel products. The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Sales & Operations Specialist to join their team. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong ability to support both sales initiatives and day-to-day logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Account Management
Follow up on inbound leads and conduct initial qualification callsPass qualified leads to the Sales Director for closureMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRMManage and grow existing accounts through upsell and renewal opportunitiesLogistics & Freight Management
Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth booking and delivery processesRegularly update freight rates for key delivery locationsOrganize container bookings and manage related schedulesSupplier & Haulier Coordination
Act as a liaison between suppliers, hauliers, and logistics teamsCollaborate with on-site inspectors to ensure quality standards and accurate weightsDocumentation & Recordkeeping
File and manage essential documents such as inspection certificates and shipping paperworkMaintain organized records of loading photos and related documentationWhat You'll Bring
