What you’ll do

The fixed sales specialist is a critical overlay role that works collaboratively with the National Account Manager community, developing and closing new business fixed sales for Vodafone’s extensive fixed portfolio. They operate between sales and account management and have wide and deep knowledge of a wide portfolio of fixed technologies. They will lead on all customer interaction concerning the fixed proposed and sold. You will be responsible for systematically landscaping SME accounts to understand their business goals and needs, by having comprehensive Business Ready Conversations to nurture Sales pipeline. In this role you will engage with customers' buying centres and build solutions tailored to the customers' needs, closing the sale. You must align to market trends and ensure that the customer is fully aware of our Product portfolio. Additionally, you will be expected to train the team, where applicable, on knowledge gaps within our fixed portfolio, as well as product updates, whilst supporting management on the delivery of yearly targets and core KPI’s associated to our fixed sales section of Digital Sales.

 A passion for work with clients in a high quality service driven industry 2+ years' experience in a similar role Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships A "can-do" attitude, drive and motivativation to achieve their best potential and performance overall Strong organisation and time management skills
