In this role you will:

  • Work as part of a very lively and diverse team you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Republic Of Ireland and UK colleagues.
  • Complete daily payment processing activities accurately and within SLA. Payment activity includes input and verification processing for Ireland, NI & GB jurisdictions. Payments will also be in relation to cross currency settlements.
  • To maintain and accurately update data bases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure all actions align with regulatory and internal procedures.
  • Highlight problem trends to the Department Manager which may require corrective action or improvement.
  • Call out any errors identified immediately to line management and unit risk contacts in order for raising on RADAR. Actively participate in the investigation for root cause and remediation with management.
  • Be flexible in relation to after hours and bank holiday working and to provide cover in other areas, as and when required.
  • Provide team support on an ongoing basis and participate in all team sessions where required.
