Account Development Representative

Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Development Representative fluent in German, French, or Swedish to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in fostering business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with sales executives to drive revenue. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies informed by market trends, client needs, and industry challenges.
- Engage potential clients through diverse communication channels.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Clearly convey the value of products and services to prospective clients.
- Analyze client needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Organize and facilitate meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs.
- Plan, present, and execute market campaigns, providing performance reports to internal teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the client’s products and services.
- Native-level or fluent German/French/Swedish (C1) and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Motivated and passionate about sales and professional growth in the field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a solutions-oriented mindset, committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Outreach.IO is advantageous.
- Technologically savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex tech concepts.
- Demonstrated capability to independently prospect leads and build a solid sales pipeline.
