Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader with fluency in German to join our vibrant team. Team Leader Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of business development representatives to meet ambitious targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Stay actively involved in daily operations, responding to client needs and adjusting strategies as required.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client products and services, guiding your team to identify and qualify new prospects effectively.
  • Improve team performance by introducing and refining systems, structures, and processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Promote a focused, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to ensure team goals are achieved, overseeing performance management, attendance, and evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Native or fluent in German, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
  • At least 2 years of experience managing or coaching teams, preferably in the tech sector.
  • Proven experience generating qualified opportunities and building self-driven sales pipelines.
  • Success in a high-energy environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and optimize workflows and processes for greater team efficiency.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to inspire and lead a team to excellence.
  • Self-sufficient, adaptable, and able to make quick decisions while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant technologies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
