As an SMB Territory Sales Account Executive, you'll be part of a revolutionary team reshaping the way restaurants do business. Your role involves prospecting, building relationships, and onboarding new restaurant owners in your local area. By understanding their specific needs, you'll tailor a solution that drives their business forward. Your enthusiasm and sales skills are vital in helping us establish the Toast brand in your region.

This is an exciting work-from-home sales opportunity. Candidates should either be based in or willing to move to Dublin, Ireland.

About this role: (Responsibilities)

  • Identify potential restaurant partners and oversee the entire sales process from the first contact to closing (previous experience in self-sourcing clients is highly advantageous)
  • Deliver product demonstrations and tailor solutions to suit the prospect's requirements
  • Collaborate with various teams within the company to ensure that commitments made during the sales phase are fulfilled
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage all sales-related activities
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and strategize on positioning Toast effectively in the market

Do you possess the necessary qualifications? (Requirements)

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field
  • Since this role involves travel, having reliable transportation is essential (mileage reimbursement available)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation abilities with proficiency in selling and negotiating at various levels
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing targets
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment that values teamwork and innovation
  • Self-driven, creative, and adaptable mindset
  • Basic technical skills with software applications
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a bonus
