Stryker's Surgical Europe division is excited to announce openings for Sales Representatives - Surgical Technologies across Europe. We are seeking motivated business professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and dedication to drive market growth for innovative products. Candidates must excel in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to pursue a successful career in commercial positions within a leading Medical Technology organization like Stryker. You will have the chance to enhance your skills under the guidance of our experienced Commercial and Marketing leaders.
This position is based in Northern Ireland.

Requirements:
- Driving License: Must hold a valid EU Driving License.
- Academic Background: University degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Business, or Engineering.
- Language Skills: Fluency in the local language and English.
- IT Proficiency: Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Experience: 3-5 years of successful sales experience in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth through proactive customer engagement.
- Focus on customer selection and targeted sales approaches.
- Plan and implement quarterly and annual business strategies.
- Efficiently manage resources and materials in the assigned territory.
- Provide customer care to various stakeholders in healthcare settings.
- Meet sales and financial targets for the designated territory.
- Handle contracts and pricing agreements within company guidelines.
- Represent Stryker to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Provide in-theatre support as needed.
- Generate quotes and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Enhance customer experience through exhibits, trade shows, and educational events.
