Our Business Development Teams at Okta play a crucial role in boosting revenue and broadening our market presence. In this thrilling role, you will identify fresh business prospects from inbound leads generated by our marketing teams in the Emerging segment. You will establish robust client and cross-functional relationships to meet your targets and strategic goals. Your responsibility will also involve constructing a pipeline of potential customers and assessing opportunities for the Okta Solution.
Located in Dublin, our office houses the majority of Okta's Business Development Teams and is recognized for its collaborative and diverse environment. With a clear sales career path, you can pursue your career aspirations and take charge of your performance right from the start, aligning with our culture of high performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Generate new business opportunities to support the Emerging teams pipeline
- Surpass monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities
- Accurately record prospect interactions and details in our CRM system
- Effectively manage customer and cross-functional relationships
- Skillfully respond to and qualify inbound leads
- Engage in meaningful discussions with senior executives to identify their requirements
