Due to ongoing growth and expansion, the company is seeking to hire an SMB Business Development Representative to support the sales of solar PV solutions to our clients.

Our clients are major energy users in sectors such as Pharma, Agricultural and Food & Beverage industries. We identify, develop, finance, manage, and operate energy projects.

€55K OTE including commission structure, approximately €15K

Hybrid working model - work from the company's offices in the city centre, or from client sites as needed, otherwise remotely/from home.

Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday (Hybrid model: 3 days in the office)

Job Summary:
As an SMB Business Development Representative, your role involves identifying and engaging "good fit" companies through strategic prospecting. You will leverage the company's existing leads and generate new interest through calls, emails, and social media messaging.

When connecting with a prospect, you will learn about their business challenges to determine if the company can provide a solution.

Once a qualified prospect is identified, your goal is to effectively communicate the company's value and generate interest in a deeper conversation with an Account Executive.

You will work closely with Senior Sellers and the Director of Sales & Marketing. Daily collaboration with Account Executives will help develop fast-paced strategies for uncovering new opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads
Work collaboratively with the sales & marketing team to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
Schedule site investigations for an assigned Sales Person
Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned

Requirements:
Sales or prospecting experience
Fluency in English
A focused approach to achieving goals
Ability to handle and address objections
Strong organizational and time management skills
High energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
