  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Contribute significantly to the sales team by driving new business and executing the strategy for your designated region.
  • Manage a active outbound lead pipeline and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize innovative approaches to prospecting, targeting both cold accounts and untapped segments of existing Zendesk clients.
  • Generate substantial pipeline by prospecting strategically into start-ups, unicorn companies, and enterprise businesses.
  • Demonstrate creativity and adaptability within a Zen-like environment, leveraging social tools for lead generation. We value your creativity, just as long as it stays in your head.
  • Stay motivated to exceed targets and metrics consistently.
  • Represent the brand effectively, focusing entirely on creating an exceptional customer experience.
  • **Requirements**
  • A strong desire to kick-start or advance a career in consultative sales.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a sales-related role.
  • Solid business acumen (experience in SaaS sales is desirable), along with a curious and customer-centric mindset.
  • A positive attitude with a determination to succeed and overachieve.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in English.
