Job Description:
Nova Leah is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
2. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns.
3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
4. Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.
5. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
6. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and troubleshooting solutions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
8. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technology or healthcare industry.
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
8. Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms is a plus.
