How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be the single point of contact for your C ustomer portfolio managing their orders through the fulfilment process es in SAP .
  • Utilise systems and reports to make informed decisions relating to order fulfillment balancing supply and service delivery.
  • Work closely with key functional teams to support decision making on orders, and with Commercial teams & Customers to understand promotional activities and customer priorities. Attend and contribute to meetings.
  • Manage escalations for complaints and disputes, and handle and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve business and commercial objectives by achieving customer service targets,supporting the improvement agenda (internal process and external customer ) and d eveloping collaborative relationships cross-functionally and with customers .
  • R eport on KPIs, including root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives
  • Use customer data to monitor on-shelf availability, depot-to-storeservice, stock holding and promotional sales. Use this information to drive decision makinginternally and with the customer in ways that maximize service levels and sales .

  • Experience in Customer Ser vice , Logistics and Sales
  • SAP knowledge and expertise in MS Office essential.
  • FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods Company preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills .
  • Customer orientation, strong influencing and communication skills
  • Strong focus on delivering productivities, service and KPIs
  • Team player, accountable, proactive thinking, flexibility
