Bodyshop Administrator

Role Overview

Responsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs, and maintaining no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.

Key Responsibilities

- Take additional images of damaged vehicles for damage packs
- Upload damage packs to shared drives
- Perform quality checks on vehicles post-repair
- Notify Workshop Manager of QC outcomes
- Manage and monitor vehicles in Bodyshop
- Handle documentation requests and updates
- Serve as contact point for Service Department and other departments
- Provide training support to satellite branches
- Coordinate vehicle collection and movements with Asset Department
- Ensure timely job card creation and updates
- Update customers on repair progress
- Communicate daily with external Bodyshop
- Conduct fleet audit reporting
- Maintain filing systems

Person Specification - Education & Qualifications

- Leaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance
- Experience in a Bodyshop setting
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized and self-motivated
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Team player adaptable to change
- Experience in vehicle rental or motor industry preferred
- Body shop, warranty, or workshop experience desirable

What We Offer

A salary of €30,000 DOE per annum, plus:

- 23 days holidays plus a day for your birthday (pro-rata)
