HR Coordinator with Experience in Training Administration

We are looking for an HR Coordinator with experience in training administration to join our team at Executive Edge. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling approved training courses, distributing and collecting training evaluation forms, issuing course details and any pre-course information required to delegates, researching courses to suit locations, dates/times, etc., processing and distributing certificates to employees and entering data on the system, keeping system updated with all training completed by an employee, including course costs, producing reports for key stakeholders as requested, producing training matrices for employees on request, coordinating in-house CPD seminars, ensuring attendance is captured and updated on the system, pulling all the information required for audits on our training records.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule approved training courses
- Distribute and collect training evaluation forms
- Issue course details and any pre-course information required to delegates
- Research courses to suit locations, dates/times, etc.
- Process and distribute certificates to employees and enter data on the system
- Keep system updated with all training completed by an employee, including course costs
- Produce reports for key stakeholders as requested
- Produce training matrices for employees on request
- Coordinate in-house CPD seminars
- Pull all the information required for audits on our training records
- Thorough attention to detail
- Full driving license and car required
- Ability to travel to Europe when requested
