Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Eastern Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region. You will partner with our seasoned sales executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Eastern Europe.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Territory Management: Manage and optimize sales territories to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in a CRM or enterprise software environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
