- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced professional with:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Deep understanding of the construction industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with experience in document design software a plus.
