Inside Sales RoleAs a key member of our sales team, your primary focus will be on driving revenue expansion through strategic customer acquisition across our diverse portfolio of products. You will develop the expertise to become a 'centre of excellence' in identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through seamless communication across multiple channels.
- SOURCE and manage leads, build relationships with external partners and cultivate a network of influential contacts.
- Qualify new prospects and craft compelling proposals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity and product developments within our 3-product portfolio.
We're looking for someone with:
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in B2B sales.
- A solid understanding of technology and its applications.
- A genuine passion for delivering customer experiences that exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
- Proficiency in PC skills essential.
- Strong administrative and reporting capabilities (Salesforce experience beneficial).
