Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be a driven and charismatic sales professional with a passion for building relationships and driving growth. As a Salesforce Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to leverage industry expertise and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify new areas of opportunity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English languages as well as a valid working visa for Ireland, are required for this role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development with a strong focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
