As a Retrofit Insulation Installer, you will play a vital role in assisting our team with the installation of attic and cavity wall insulation.

Job Description:
  • Loading and unloading insulation materials to facilitate efficient project execution
  • Installing and replacing attic insulation material to meet industry standards for quality and safety
  • Insulating cold water tanks to ensure energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact
  • Insulating attic doors and draught stripping to prevent heat loss and maintain a comfortable indoor climate
  • Providing a raised walkway to storage areas for safe and convenient access
Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of cavity wall insulation to achieve optimal thermal performance
  • Installing cavity brushes to seal gaps and prevent air leaks
  • Drilling injection holes for precise and accurate installation
  • Making good holes to ensure a smooth and even finish
  • Quality inspection to guarantee high-quality workmanship
  • Upgrading ventilation systems to improve indoor air quality and comfort
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in construction or a related field
  • Honest, hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy individual
  • Thorough and attentive to detail, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when necessary
  • Full clean driver's license for safe and efficient transportation
  • Basic English language proficiency for effective communication
Health & Safety Requirements:
  • CSCS Safe Pass certification for safe working practices
  • CSCS Manual Handling Training for safe handling of materials and equipment
