Sales Development Specialist

This Sales Development Specialist role is responsible for generating prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting, as well as experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO (e.g. workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads.
- Sell company's products, systems and/or services to existing customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
- Close sales on products, systems and/or services.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in closing sales experience.
- Fluency in German & English.
- Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closing.
- Strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
- Experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO required (e.g. workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions preferred).
