About the Role

We are hiring a Customer Success Engineer to help our customers succeed with our API. This role combines technical expertise, customer empathy, and problem-solving to deliver an outstanding support experience.

In this position, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical challenges and provide solutions that meet their needs. You will also collaborate with our engineering team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to our platform.
