Job Description:
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of financial planners and investment managers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with clients and maintaining regular contact to ensure their needs are met.
- Working closely with financial planners and/or investment managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Preparing meeting packs and valuations as required.
- Assisting investment managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a wealth management firm.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
