About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Manager, Success Hub to lead our team of early career Customer Success Guides. As a key member of our Customer Excellence Group, you will be responsible for delivering Success at Scale and driving customer adoption within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires coaching and developing a team of Success Guides, executing the Success Hub strategy, and driving new initiatives to deliver value for all customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new customers, improving technical health and adoption, and driving growth and expansion within the account.
  • Hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members to help them grow their skills and careers.
  • Executing the Success Hub strategy, delivering value for all customers on their journey.
  • Driving new initiatives in the Success Hubs as part of the overall Customer Excellence Group strategy.
  • Understanding how digital and AI-based technologies are critical to the scaling, impact, and cost-effectiveness of the business.
