Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist. This role involves providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining accurate records of incident progress and resolution.
This is a full-time position that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of IT business technologies, including networks, servers, operating systems, and major software applications. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines.
In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrate good judgment, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.

- Maintain accurate records of incident progress and resolution, including detailed notes and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying new knowledge and skills to enhance job performance.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 1 year's experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT department.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Good judgment, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
