Administrative Officer Accounts Specialist

Servisource is looking for a reliable and organized Accounts Clerk to support our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and processing invoices, accounts, and orders, as well as providing exceptional customer service to suppliers.
Key Duties:
- Prepare accurate and timely invoices for payment.
- Issue orders as required, ensuring efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Respond to supplier inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support other team members in the department as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent administrative skills, including typing, clerical, and office duties.
- Ability to work flexibly and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in the HSE/hospital setting is advantageous.
