Customer Success Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Lead to join our team at Tricentis Ireland Limited. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for managing complex customer relationships to drive growth, renewals, and expansion.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of progressive experience in managing SaaS customers, with a strong understanding of IT operations processes and best practices. You will be expected to establish an action-oriented approach to regularly engage with customers, ensuring consistent communication and driving results. This includes maintaining visibility to your communications by accurately reporting customer interactions and updating systems and tools with critical insights and key findings.
You will collaborate with customers to deeply understand their unique business goals and objectives, aligning product capabilities to their strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining shared success plans with each customer, outlining key milestones and measurable outcomes that demonstrate progress toward their goals.
A successful Customer Success Lead will be able to develop strong relationships with stakeholders beyond the primary point of contact, proactively engaging with executives, influencers, and end-users to uncover new opportunities for expansion. You will leverage your expertise to increase adoption and utilization of our products, partnering with Customer Growth Solution Architects to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
The position requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with any additional language being a bonus. Experience in working with executives in client environments is also highly valued.
