We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to lead our EMEA team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes, as well as excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
About The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of customers in EMEA, providing tailored support, consulting, and training services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing customer success strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales-assisted motions, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Notion products.
The candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and insights to inform product development and business strategy.
- Drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales-assisted motions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Notion products.
