Strategic Business Partnership

As a strategic partner to operations and technology teams, the Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through insightful analysis and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain thorough understanding of business requirements, mapping current and future-state processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, create BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and process flows
- Drive data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating seamless communication and issue resolution
- Support testing activities, documenting defects and contributing to quality assurance efforts
- Provide timely and informative reporting and presentations to support decision-making
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), with knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools desirable
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies, with experience in iterative development and delivery
- Strong working knowledge of financial operations, including settlements, reconciliations, and payments
