This is an interesting, challenging and rewarding role and involves working with many internal and external functions
The role is an entry level position to be part of an established impactful team and to help customers during challenging life events.
In this role, you will:
- Manage customer relationships and update them regularly on claims progress
- Correspond with Brokers, Employers, Customers and Doctors
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory compliance and acquire knowledge of processing claims
- Provide administrative support to the team by updating databases, managing mailbox communications and corresponding with key customers
- Support Team and Manager on new initiatives

More about the team
The Income Protection Claims Team assesses and pays all claims arising from the Company's Individual and Group Life Assurance policies. The Income Protection claims assessors manage a portfolio of Claims from both our Individual and Corporate Customers.
This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the Republic of Ireland with the primary office location as Dublin. Travel will be required for in-person collaboration -exact frequency to be agreed with manager. #LI-HYBRID #IJ-HYBRID
