Role Profile

The Salesforce Inc. Renewals Team is seeking an experienced Renewals Manager to drive customer success and minimize attrition.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing comprehensive renewal strategies to drive customer success and minimize attrition.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive renewal strategies and optimize contract outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining high-value relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
