Account Development Manager

As a Sales and Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our industrial lighting solutions company. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts and new market segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of customer needs with our company's offerings
- Provide expert knowledge of industrial area lighting products and certifications
- Deliver product presentations and training to clients
- Lead the implementation of large lighting projects
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong experience in sales and business development, preferably in the industrial lighting sector
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High level of organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
