Sales and Renewals Strategist

Job Summary
The Salesforce Inc. Renewals Team is seeking an experienced Renewals Manager to play a critical role in driving customer success and minimizing attrition.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive renewal strategies and optimize contract outcomes.
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform forecasting and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining high-value relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
