Territory Development Executive

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, with a strong understanding of the medical sector. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory, while building strong relationships with clinicians, surgeons, nursing staff, and procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth within your assigned territory
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Provide training and product demonstrations to hospital staff
- Attend industry exhibitions and conferences to promote products
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence
- A degree or strong experience in a similar sales role
- Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate technical medical equipment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
