Growth Partnership Lead

Key Highlights:
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our Central Eastern European clients, developing optimisation and retention strategies to maximise the benefits of their investments and work towards their objectives. You will also lead the value assurance journey of our staffing partners, ensuring seamless integration from inception to planning, review and value articulation across key customer moments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute optimisation and retention strategies to maximise the benefits of our clients' investments and work towards their objectives.
- Own the value assurance journey of our staffing partners, ensuring seamless integration from inception to planning, review and value articulation across key customer moments.
- Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, often Director+ level, providing industry advisory and updates on their investment and sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with our sales organisation to deliver post-sales implementation and project management activity, identifying commercial opportunities to optimise client investment, growth and continuity.
- Drive greater customer success with LinkedIn products, analysing data from LinkedIn, clients and other sources to inform your approach.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and provide strategic advice to customers on how to fully capitalise on their LinkedIn investment.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader within the recruitment space, offering insight and perspective into industry benchmarking and market trends as well as best practices.
