Cpl Healthcare is a leading provider of innovative EV charging solutions, seeking a seasoned Technical Sales Executive to drive sales growth across Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting opportunities for electric vehicle charging solutions at workplace, fleet, and shared parking locations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Scope and identify opportunities for electric vehicle charging solutions across various sectors, leveraging your technical expertise to provide cost-effective project estimations.
  • Nurture relationships with new partners to drive business growth and support the company's continued success, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Conduct site surveys to assess the feasibility of EV charging installations, identifying potential challenges and recommending solutions for successful project deployment.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop accurate cost estimates, considering all relevant factors, materials, labor, and equipment required, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Create pricing strategies that optimize costs while ensuring profitability for EV projects, continuously reviewing and refining pricing models to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Negotiate and secure subcontractors at agreed-upon rates to support project requirements and budget constraints, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Promote our products and services to prospective clients through prospecting and face-to-face consultations, owning customer contact from lead to successful agreement of signed contract.
  • Meet and exceed targets by delivering sales through high levels of self-driven activity, demonstrating exceptional results and contributing to the company's continued success.
  • Maintain accurate records of all estimates, pricing data, and subcontractor agreements, ensuring proper documentation for reference and auditing purposes, adhering to industry standards.
  • Represent the company as an ambassador, maintaining and enhancing our reputation with customers and partners within the industry, promoting a positive brand image.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and maintain cost efficiency, driving process improvements and innovation.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our EV charging solutions and associated technologies, including distribution systems, cabling, routing, protective devices, and installation methods, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Stay up-to-date on market dynamics, including key customers, material costs, labor rates, industry challenges, emerging technologies, and market trends, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Ensure all communications are thoroughly and efficiently recorded on our internal CRM system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform any other duties pertinent to the role as required, embracing flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Time served electrician (18th edition) with strong civil engineering knowledge, proven experience in a technical sales or estimator role, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Technical knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and associated technologies.
  • Strong understanding of civil engineering practices and methods.
